Flaws.
I have just completed some history essays, and I am very pleased. And I am certain Mr. Y will share in my delight.
On the topic of our critically acclaimed Civics Tutor, I find his way of thinking/reasoning questionable.
I cannot comprehend how he manages to associate blatant demeaning of our efforts and his grim predictions of the impending A-levels with the act and intention of lifting class-morale.
If he truly wished to encourage us, I would much rather he be encouraging instead of being all sour-faced, acerbic and sullen. He might as well step into lectures with a black cloak and hood, wielding a six-foot long scythe, and maybe a hammer as well.
If he cannot manage 'encouraging', then maybe he should genuinely consider giving 'passive', or 'nonentity' a shot. Everyone is flawed. But in certain cases, flaws are unacceptable.
