We have been tramping around town for the past two days. The horrid weather is negligible. Furthermore, I always have my trusty umbrella tucked in my bag. When you live in a tropical region like dear old Singapore, it is positively foolhardy to go outdoors without your brolly.
And moving on, among the places we visited was the new Ikea outlet in Tampines, and also that new Cathay place. We managed to catch the film 'Snow Cake' at the Picturehouse, they specialise in these less mainstream flicks. The entire experience at the Picturehouse was refreshing and enjoyable, coupled with the relatively low ticket prices, I would certainly patronise them again. Ikea was great fun, and the place is immense, not to mention pretty out of the way for us.
