Stickit.
My friends, here is something to ponder upon.
You know, while the USA adamantly and constantly preaches about freedom, liberty and their nauseate for dictatorship. They, are actually, unconsciously or not, propagating that very notion of monocracy that they appear to be so adverse to.
Think about it, think capitalism.
The Americans are the foremost advocates of democracy and capitalism. However, capitalism elevates an individual to a lofty pedestal where he is bestowed the responsibility of being in-charge of hundreds or thousands of employees.
The employer has in his reckless hands the very livelihood of his workers.
He, can mould their futures.
He can make them wealthy and he can very well reduce them to pathetic hobos.
He has the ability to dictate their lives, to put it bluntly.
Can you refute your almighty boss, or tell him to go stick it if he decides to increase your workload or reduce your salary?
Can you influence his decision to fire your ass when the company needs to cut losses?
Oh no, you bloody well cannot do so. As long as you are an employee of that particular company, you are shackled. Shackled and chained like a hapless little circus pet, just pray that he does not whip you.
Tell me, how is that not dictatorship?
Now, go stick it.
