Wanted.
I want this ESP AX for Christmas.
Please? No?
Why not?
This axe among axes has that insanely stylised warlock body, and that means I cannot rest it on the ground, even if it is in the kit bag. Therefore, I will have to get a hardcase, which probably will come with the purchase, or get another guitar stand.
But frankly, who gives a damn about these fiddling inconveniences when the ESP AX looks so fabulousy appealing?
Not me, in spades.
Heavy looks, heavy sound. EMG-HZ H4 set pickups and all the works.
I also want the Mick Thomson B.C Rich customised Warlock. Damn the Donavans, I have always desired it.
Crushing tones, ultimate playability; sealed Diecast B.C Rich tuners, 2 EMG-HZ Humbuckers, lush mahogany w/ 1/4" Maple Top, rosewood fingertop, etc.
And the shape, the build! I find the warlock-shaped body and the widow headstock magnetically attractive. Ooooohhh.
However, in life, wanting and desiring does not necessarily denote acquiring. At least, not all the time.
And sometimes I wonder how many of you out there genuinely comprehend my fascination with guitars. Hah.
